Barrel Hunting

I just got a short email from our buddy Bryan down in LA after riding his Barrel Hunter for the last two days...long story short I think we have a winner :)

"Also, I rode the board today and yesterday. It was amazing. You put it on the rail, and just stick with it. There were times where I didn't think there was anyway I was going to make the barrel, and then the next thing I know I'm kicking out and paddling for the next one. I'll put a detailed review on the blog once Jonna gets the pics uploaded - but you are a FUCKING MASTERMIND in terms of shaping! I'm soooooooooooooo stocked."

Scored.

No photoshopping out people...this was literally the crowd we surfed with for 7 hours today:

She

I wanted to post this last night but my internet at home is down, so without further ramblings, i give you the She Hull:

7' x 22 1/2" x 2 3/4" Diamond tail hull, she's quite the blade...

This board will be surfed by our crew up here, then sent south to LA and then orange county to make the rounds down there...we'll see where She ends up after that!

Charp

By far the most dangerous board in my quiver;
7'6 Chambered Paulownia hull, weighing in at a solid 28 lbs...lock it into trim and school is in session:

Reminders

Sometimes we need a reminder as to why we pay so much to live in a place like this...I'd rather be here and live quietly than live lavishly in a place I do not enjoy, the true meaning of the term quality of life often mean different things to different people and thats the only way it should be!
Another beautiful day for progress.
