T.rvor feeling Fushy

Trevor and I sat down and devised a new shred sled for his recent and upcoming travels on his Patagonia testing missions.

She's 5'6 x 19" x 2 1/4" and EPS/Epoxy, built for solid waves, steep rivermouths and reefs especially. Its a very compact little fish template with a pulled in nose, very light triplane bottom and an upside down vee leading into the fins and out the tail...Her name is the Fus.h

Already got some very productive testing in, too :)

Party People

A rainy, cold, flat day like today seems like the perfect time to unveil the most stoke-generating shape I've put together in a whiiiiile........

6'5" x 20" x 2 3/4" of foam, widepoint forward and a drawn out, narrow tail...triplane nose and mid section to keep the hull rail line but add some looseness and slip, then exiting with a double concave to spiral vee. Low all-around rocker with a slight flip in the nose and pinched-down rails that are a bit larger in radius than usual in order to slow the thing down a little.

This puppy is shaped for solid drops and heavy tubes around the SB area; What I wanted to shape was a really good solid-wave board that could be used on small days but had all the right ingredients for the big stuff also.

I'm gonna make Connor and Trevor and I one for deeper water excursions.

Two from the past couple of days; one for Connor's brother Spencer, and then one that I shaped as a stocker but I'm falling deeply in love with it...

The second is a full on 6'11 1/2" hullibut with a triplane-hulled to single concave bottom; the difference on this one being that the planes aren't all flat surfaces but slightly curved, so it's three hulled surfaces...if that makes sense. a little bit techincally difficult to shape but far more hull-feel for good points than a regular triplane.

Concave and beveled deck that drops into a pinched hull-like rail.  Velo bottom with a single concave exiting through the mini-keels.

4'11 Default with Lakey

My default name for anything that is abnormal is the nug.  or super nug.  or shred sled....here is NSSA wonderchild/twice champ and new PC friend, Lakey Peterson, shaping a 4'11 that resembled a bar of soap; 

We shaped a 5'3 gullet together on Sunday, and she came back for more on monday!
